How long does a custom patch order take?
Most custom orders take 2–4 weeks after you approve the final proof. Timelines can vary by quantity and complexity. If you’re working a deadline, tell us—we’ll confirm whether a rush timeline is possible.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the patch type, but most custom runs start at 25 pieces. If you need fewer, submit the form—we’ll tell you your best option.
Can we use our own artwork or unit logo?
Yes—upload your logo, sketch, or reference images. We can clean it up if needed and we’ll send a digital proof for approval before anything goes into production.
Will I see a proof before production?
100%. Every custom order includes a proof. Nothing goes into production until you approve the final design.
What backing options are available?
Common options include hook & loop (Velcro), sew-on, iron-on, and adhesive (varies by patch style). We’ll recommend the best backing based on how your unit plans to wear it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—we ship worldwide. Shipping cost and timeline are included in your quote.
Returns, Refunds & Issues
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
What items are eligible for return?
Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact us at holly@bomberpatches.com and include your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping and insurance costs are not refunded. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If a package is lost or stolen, you may submit a claim through Route insurance or contact us and we will submit it for you.
