Hulk 46, C Flight, Memorial Patch

Produced for the Hulk 46 memorial service, held November 8th, 2025, in Blytheville, Arkansas, where a new memorial was unveiled. Hulk 46, flying with the 4300th Provisional Bomb Wing, was lost in the Indian Ocean while returning to Diego Garcia on February 3, 1991. It was flying in support of Operation Desert Storm. Three airmen perished and three survived. The original design was created by 1Lt Eric Hedeen, the EWO on Hulk 46, who was killed in the crash.
